Custom Leadership Coaching Program
The Canadian Police College’s Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion Centre is excited to announce the brand-new Custom Leadership Coaching Program.
Leadership is a journey and it is best traveled with a guide. The Custom Leadership Coaching Program at the College enables that journey by connecting participants with a qualified coach of their choosing.
During a period of up to eight months, participants will schedule ten one-hour, one-on-one virtual sessions with their chosen coach. Each coaching session will explore an area of the participant’s choosing and all will combine in a coaching journey towards an identified goal.
This program has open registration which means that there are no fixed registration dates or deadlines.
