How to apply for a "Letter of Attestation" or "Replacement Certificate"

Follow these steps to request a "Letter of Attestation" or "Replacement Certificate":

• Print the Training Document Request form
• Complete and sign the form
• Submit your transcript using one of the following methods:
  • Scan and email the form to cpc_registrar-registraire_ccp@rcmp-grc.gc.ca
  • Mail the form to:

• A $25 fee applies to each request
