The Canadian Police College's Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion Centre is excited to announce three brand-new courses

The challenges facing leaders in the law enforcement community are constantly evolving. As part of its mandate to provide leaders with the tools they need to meet these challenges, the Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion Centre (LDIC) is in the process of updating some of our existing courses and is creating new ones.
To keep up with these changes, please monitor the Leadership website. Additionally, LDIC sends periodic course updates to people on its contact list. To have your name added to the contact list, send an email to cpc-cldi@rcmp-grc.gc.ca. You can have your name removed at any time.

Ethical Integration of Artificial Intelligence into Policing Course New
The Canadian Police College's Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion Centre is excited to announce the brand-new Ethical Integration of Artificial Intelligence into Policing course.
This course is designed to provide law enforcement and government leaders with hands-on knowledge of the newest advancements in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven policing.
This three-day course is presented in person in English. The course location is Ottawa.
The next session starts on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
The tuition fee is $2,250.00.

Enhancing Accountability: The Art of Difficult Conversations New
The Canadian Police College's Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion Centre is excited to announce the brand-new Enhancing Accountability: The Art of Difficult Conversations Course.
Difficult conversations such as those dealing with performance issues, behavioural concerns, and other sensitive topics are vital to leadership. Yet, they are often delayed or avoided due to fear of conflict, emotional discomfort, or uncertainty about how to proceed.
This three-day course is presented In person in English. The course location is Ottawa.
The next session starts on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

Self-Optimization for High Performance in Policing New
The Canadian Police College's Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion Centre is excited to announce the brand-new Self-Optimization for High Performance in Policing course.
Drawing on the latest neuroscience research, this intensive and interactive three-day course, focuses on three foundational skills for high performance in law enforcement and leadership: attention, self-awareness, and emotional regulation.
This three-day course is presented In person in English. The course location is Ottawa.
The next session starts on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
